Emma Lawson – Program Director
Emma is a wellbeing specialist and retreat facilitator with over 15 years of experience in holistic care, community wellbeing, and therapeutic program design. She focuses on creating safe, supportive environments that foster connection, dignity, and meaningful living.
Dr Michael Reed – Clinical Psychologist
Dr Michael is a registered clinical psychologist specialising in cognitive health, emotional wellbeing, and mental resilience. He brings a compassionate, evidence-based approach to supporting individuals and families living with cognitive change.
Sophie Williams – Community Wellness Educator
Sophie is a community educator and facilitator with a background in mindfulness, movement therapy, and group wellbeing programs. Her work centres on building confidence, connection, and purpose through inclusive community experiences.
Daniel Carter – Care Support Specialist
Daniel is a care professional with extensive experience in family support services, dementia care programs, and community-based health initiatives. He is passionate about person-centred care and empowering carers with practical tools and guidance.
Laura Bennett – Mindfulness & Movement Facilitator
Laura is a certified mindfulness practitioner and movement therapist, specialising in gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation practices that support emotional balance, mental clarity, and overall wellbeing.
